Refurbishment to form new laboratory areas.
This project comprised of the soft strip, adaptation and refurbishment of an existing unit on the first floor of the building.
The finished area now incorporates new workshop, laboratories, storage, offices, welfare facilities and more.
All works carried out were completed to a very tight time frame and an extremely high specification.
