Westminster Building Company provided a complete building service for the refurbishment of this
Grade 2 Listed Building in Berkshire.
The works carried out comprised of the conversion of offices to provide 5 residential apartments. A full internal refurbishment was carried out as well as alteration works to the external fabric of the building including roofing works and works to the surrounding grounds.
This beautiful property is now fully occupied with the client enjoying 50% more rental income as a result of the increase in the pre-contract predicted rental value, which we consider to be a direct result of the quality of our finish.
