Project description
This project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing warehouse together with associated offices and external areas, to produce a new facility.
The works included the removal of offices and mezzanine within a small warehouse, upgrades to the warehouse and office lighting, the installation of an air conditioning system & the servicing of plumbing and heating.
Externally the building was fully cladded, there was the installation of an alarm system, CCTV and PAC control, as well as security fencing and gates being replaced.
