Westminster Building Company provided complete building services for the refurbishment of this exclusive office accommodation located in the centre of Manchester.
The works primarily involved the interior strip out of the entrance foyer along with floors, 3, 4 & 5 and full refurbishment of the entrance foyer and the upper floors of No1 King Street, Manchester.
The accommodation is now occupied by Eddie Stobart and we are pleased to announce that they are now operating more efficiently than ever before and benefitting from the state of the art office suite that we have provided for them.
