We are also happy to provide budget advice to clients with projects that are at the feasibility stage and will assist with submitting plans and any other official reports required.

As each and every project we undertake comes to a close, before client occupation, we carry out a rigorous schedule of testing and witnessing. We also demonstrate all equipment and controls to all interested parties and arrange for any appropriate training for equipment following occupation.

We take great pride in our aftercare service and will make ourselves available to the building management team should they need us to discuss any aspect of the build/refurbishment. At the handover stage a full operational and maintenance manual will be produced. Any warranty or maintenance agreements will be fully specified.
